The Mandalorian (Din Djarin) Beskar Armor

The Mandalorian (Beskar Armor)

The Mandalorian receives his beskar armor in the Season 1 episode “Chapter 3: The Sin”. It is the primary costume worn throughout the series, with only minor adjustments made between seasons.

Din Djarin’s beskar armor consists primarily of chrome armor over a gray/brown fabric flight suit, with additional leather pieces throughout. Although it is not an overly difficult costume to reproduce, its complex arrangement of parts, potentially expensive leatherwork and usage of metallic paints can be a challenge for inexperienced creators attempting to make a screen-accurate costume for themselves.

The Mandalorian (Pre-Beskar Armor)

The Mandalorian wears the pre-beskar armor in just the first three episodes of Season 1 before receiving his upgraded beskar armor suit from The Armorer.

Din Djarin’s pre-beskar armor consists primarily of brown, tan, and blue armor over a gray fabric flight suit, with additional leather pieces throughout. Several pieces from this costume, including the helmet, belt, bandolier and leg armor, can be reused in the beskar armor set. Crafting this costume requires less experience working with metallic paints, only needing a chrome finish on the helmet and a few accessories.
